criteria:
- decent content (no adult or gambling related website's,
or links to similar content)
- no abusive optimization techniques unique content
- no affiliate pages that mirror original content
- no hidden links pages or work at home schemes
- preference given to sites that put our link on a page with
no more than 20 external links.
